Technology can challenge how humanity interprets and interacts with reality creating social and cultural chasms but at the same time bridging to new experiences and potentiality. Will technology offer a new utopian paradigm for body, mind, and soul? How does technology help or hinder navigating public vs. private? Using multimedia processes, van den Bosch juxtaposes color, theme, design and texture to create abstract and representational works portraying beautifully overstimulated fictional worlds that reflect and comment on the real and imagined human condition.
